What should I pay attention to when coughing?

Cough patients should pay attention to the following points:

(1) Acute cough is caused by bacteria and viruses (exogenous pathogens), and infection should be controlled first in treatment, but simply relieving cough is not conducive to expectoration. Only when combined with anti-inflammatory or dry cough without phlegm can antitussive drugs be selected.

(2) Exogenous cough should avoid lampblack and cold wind.

(3) Avoid eating cold food.

(4) Don't smoke and drink more hot tea.

(5) reduce sexual intercourse.

(6) Avoid fermented grains, crabs and seafood.

(7) Avoid fat meat and foods that are too sweet and salty.

6. What is shock?

Shock is not an independent clinical disease, but a group of clinical syndromes caused by the decrease of blood pressure (systolic blood pressure is below 90 mm Hg). The clinical manifestations are pallor, cold limbs, cyanosis of limbs, superficial vein collapse, rapid pulse, mental retardation and decreased urine output.
