Note: There is no six-pulse Excalibur in real martial arts. The six-pulse Excalibur written by Jin Yong is based on the six-pulse Excalibur in medical books. The following is sheer nonsense. Please be careful.
This achievement comes from the secret of freedom and is the martial arts of Shinto swordsmen. It has a history of more than a thousand years, and its simple structure, outstanding efficacy and strong induction are second to none. Long-term practice can work miracles. Reach the realm of the sword. That is, where you can reach, it is like having an invisible sword. Whether it is sweeping or empty finger, it can hurt the enemy.
The primary injury here is not internal strength, but the rapid development of human potential by using human natural gas harvesting ability. Treat diseases, increase human internal strength and endurance, and consolidate the foundation of internal strength.
Gongjia 1: tremor. "Ma bu" or "Ma bu" doesn't mean anything, but it's best to do it in silence. Put your hands shoulder-high in front of you, with your hands parallel, fingers up, palms forward, inhale, bend your fingers, and your forefinger and middle finger face the tip of your thumb, but don't touch each other. When exhaling, your hands tremble slightly, breathing 30 times at a time.
Gong Jia 2: Breathe. "Ma bu" or horse stance just look, hands flat on chest, palms facing chest, left hand open, right hand and left hand arched. Then the right hand is in front and the left hand is behind, and the fingers only extend the thumb, compound finger and middle finger, or you can use the thumb, food and middle finger to pull the bow one by one and do it for 49 times.
Gong Jia 3: Gas production. Stand up straight, feet apart, shoulder width apart. Keep your head straight, put your hands above your head, palm up to the sky, fingers backward, middle finger, forefinger and thumb out, and move your hands down to both sides. At the same time, hold your breath until your shoulders are even, then move up, exhale and return to your head. Do this 72 times.
Gong Jia 4: Gas production. Stand up straight, with your feet shoulder-width apart, raise your hands, palm to the sky, middle finger, forefinger and thumb pointing, then exhale, keep your upper body in front, straighten your waist and legs as far as possible, and move your hands down so that your palms face the ground and your fingers remain unchanged. Then raise your hands from both sides until you are full of air and shoulder height, and put them down when you exhale. Do this 72 times.
Kung Fu Five: Hold your breath. Straight, hands up, five o'clock in the sky, row the garden, clockwise first, counterclockwise second, * * * row 108 turn.
Gong Jia Liu: gas collection. Bend down, hands droop, land at five o'clock, row the garden, clockwise first, then counterclockwise, * * * row 108 circle.
Gong Jia 7: gas collection. Stand up straight, point your hands forward, and row the garden 108 times, first forward and then backward.
Gong Jia 8: gas collection. Straight, with both hands pointing to the side, row the garden 108 times, first forward and then backward.
Kung Fu Nine: Hold your breath. Straighten out, point your hands backwards, and row the garden 108 times, first forward and then backward. Kung fu 10: Fukong. Stand up straight, raise your hands up to the top of your head, and your fingers are in the form of virtual claws, that is, five fingertips are on the same plane. Move your hands down and don't move your fingers. When you move to the front of your abdomen, your breathing is complete, and you will start to breathe slowly. My thoughts get better in turn, my feet are full of springs, my head is full of emotions, my thighs are windy, and my chest is in the middle. Finally, I will stay in my abdomen, think about handprints and breathe 36 times.
The following ten frames are devoted to kung fu.
Acupoint refers to: exhale after standing with imaginary steps. If the left foot is in front, point from the right hand to the front of the left toe, but pay attention to the arm relaxation. After learning 72 breaths every time, the foot changing action is the same.
Expertise: standing in a standing position, hands extended forward, palms outward, holding the wrist once and then again, and so on, holding the wrist 108 to 360 times.
Acupoint refers to: standing with one step, two fingers pointing to the outstretched leg side when exhaling, and so on for 72 times.
Acupoint refers to: standing in lunge, if the left leg is extended backward, point to the root of the left leg with the second point of the right hand. Do this 72 times.
Kick: Stand up straight, lift your left foot as far as you can, and point your right hand and five fingers at the same time. Do this 108-360 times, and then switch legs.
Resistance: Touch the wall with your index finger, middle finger and thumb, then lean back, bend your elbow to make your body lean forward, and then straighten your elbow to support your body. You can do this 36 times and add it once a day. When you reach 180 times, you can do it on the ground effortlessly and you won't feel tired. Then you carry heavy objects until you arch your back 100 kg and do it 108 times.
Indiana: Lie on two stools with your body. Only your head and feet are allowed to fall. Everything else is empty. Put your hands on your abdomen and back, and practice pitching and pitching until you feel exhausted. Over time, it will aggravate the abdomen and back.
Inverted stand: that is, stand upside down and stop breathing.
Virtual finger: Hang a heavy object on a beam, a sandbag, a hammer or an iron ball, click and shake it with your finger, and then hold it with your finger. Over time, your finger will work better. Then hang a cotton ball to point to the imaginary point, shake it well, then back off until it can shake violently seven meters away from the ball, and then change a sandbag or hard object from a distance, but first practice collecting gas and breaking it. Always touch some water, sand, iron sand, boards, walls and other things with your fingers. Or you can often play five fingers in the air, usually 72 times in a group.
This skill also has yin skills, so I won't describe it for the time being. Yin can hurt people if it succeeds, but if this skill succeeds, you can point at the person who hurts the enemy and sweep the enemy with your fingers, which is awesome. But unlike the legend, Miyamoto can't create clear eyes with an air sword. It's tiring to practice this skill. After work, practice static exercises, rub hands and joints all over the body, and gently twist your waist.
Six-pulse Excalibur This is a few frames in the intermediate stage for further practice. The secret of gas gathering is the gas gathering frame. Because of practicing chakra's internal skill, people's internal meridians have been quickly opened, so it is easy to gather qi.
The main methods are described as follows: the essence adopted by this school is mainly the essence of the sky, the essence of the sun, the essence of the moon, the essence of the stars, the essence of the clouds, the essence of the fog, that is, the essence of the wind, the essence of the rain, the essence of the thunder, the essence of the electricity, the essence of the earth, that is, the essence of the frost, the essence of the dew, the essence of the flowers, the essence of the trees, the essence of the gas, the essence of the water, the essence of the wood and the fire. There is no practical way to adopt other essences, which is easy to make people step into evil spirits. Learners should be cautious.
There are eleven kinds of gas collection methods, including acupoint gas collection, whole body gas collection, eye and ear gas collection, mouth and nose gas collection, pore gas collection, focus gas collection, double gas collection and two kinds of instrument gas collection methods.
The following is the method of collecting gas with both hands. The essence needed by the soul is getting closer and closer, and it is shrouded in a foggy essence around the body. Stretch your hands up and circle back and forth three times, hoping that the essence will become spiral. When inhaling, you want to start with the fine cyclone, and when exhaling, you want to exhale from your hands. This method doesn't have to enter from the labor palace, just think about getting in and out from the palm of your hand.
Tips for Breaking Qi: This method is mainly used to learn how to get in and out of internal forces, so that internal forces can go out and hit people out of thin air. Here are some basic rules: stand up straight, with your feet shoulder width apart, raise your arms, bend your fingers, and put your elbows straight over your shoulders, so that your hands are wrapped in a garden, your fingers are not connected, and your palms are forward. Breathe backwards. When the mind inhales, the breath rises to the right arm. From the point of view, it enters the left hand from the fingertip of the left hand along the predetermined line between the two fingers, and then goes up along the shoulder with the exhalation, and so on, making 18 breaths. After three months of exercise, on the basis of thinking, add a circle between your hands to make the running path of qi become "8".
Surprise frame 2: this method is more important, but it is easy to make mistakes without skill foundation, and learners should learn from it. Standing posture is the same as above, hands are naturally perpendicular to the side first. Cis-breathing, when the breath gathers, a force from the umbilical cord rotates around the waist. When exhaling, shout "Hey", raise your left hand and throw it forward. Straighten the force that rotates from the Ming Gate to the left and then to the right, rise to your shoulders with your breath, and rush forward from five fingertips through your left arm. After learning the method three times, learn the right hand again. The secret of returning air here is to introduce a simple method of returning air, and you must wait until your internal strength is deep before you can learn it.
See the figure below for the method of air return: sit in a dish, with your head straight, your hands up and down relative to your chest, and your palms facing each other. When you exhale, the internal gas in your mind rushes out from the hard place and flows between your hands. When inhaling, your hands are behind you, and the gas in your head rushes back to your arms and shoulders because it is squeezed.
This movement is practiced five times a cycle, that is, to calm the qi once, that is, to pump the internal qi back to the abdomen, and then practice Buddhism after three breaths. Learn five times a day. This method is extremely important in the feat of Six Pulse Excalibur. Because the skill of Six-pulse Excalibur is the key to gathering qi in the later stage, if learners don't learn this skill, they will be disabled because they can't stand the counter-impact of the invisible shock wave cultivated by themselves, so learners should learn from it.
Six-pulse Excalibur (the first internal skill) stands with both hands stretched forward, with the whole body relaxed, palms down, body and head straight, and begins to move. First, it takes a breath, inhales through its nose, and then slowly falls. It is not kneeling, but pressing down on both sides of the body with both legs at the same time, which is intended to fatigue the palace. The mouth needs to make a "Huo" sound, squeeze it out with the throat and exhale. Breathing in through the nose is to impress people. When practicing this skill, you need to use your palms when you fall, and your thighs when you are on your upper body. This kind of strength is not strength, but qi, which is a seemingly small but actually extremely powerful internal force. Most people can only feel it. People who practice this skill for a long time will have great strength and live after death first. At that time, the whole body was extremely flexible and soft. Of course, the cultivation of the whole six-pulse Excalibur can also achieve this step. This work can be collected if it rises or falls 12 times. That is, put your palms on your chest, put your left legs together, squat into a half-horse stance, and put your legs together to experience the inner strength of your legs and waist. Take three deep breaths. This framework named Mona is an amazing feat. Unprecedented in the world, it is a more important strength frame in the six-pulse Excalibur. All kinds of six-pulse Excalibur Kung Fu have special breathing and intentional defense, but they can also get considerable benefits when they have no intention to practice, but they can't enter the advanced realm. When Yin Kung Fu reaches the third step, it is necessary to practice hard and practice the method of internal qi. Later, hard and soft Kung Fu has the luck method of combining internal and external. This is the theme significance of returning to the motherland.
