How to skillfully use Word to edit and typeset newspapers and magazines

1. Open the word document to be edited and select Insert-Picture-From File. After selecting the picture to be inserted, the system will automatically import the picture, and then adjust the size of the picture (press and hold the arrow at the four corners of shift+ picture to adjust, so that the adjusted picture will not be deformed, but scaled in equal proportion);

2. Click the right mouse button in the center of the picture-format the picture. Then choose a layout. Select the required wrapping method under the layout;

3. Select the embedding type first, and then click OK. After that, there may be some words on the editing board that widen the distance. You can start a new paragraph and press Enter.

4. Also select the peripheral type, and adjust the picture size and text to the satisfaction.

5. Select the lining under the text in the same way, and adjust the picture size and text if you are satisfied.
