1. Click anywhere in the document.
2. On the Insert tab, in the Header and Footer group, click Header.
3. Click "Delete Title"
The header will be deleted from the entire document.
The header is the area at the top of each page in the document. You can insert or change text or graphics in the header. For example, you can add a page number, time and date, company logo, document title, file name or author name. If you want to change the inserted header, you can find more header options in Header and Footer under Header and Footer Tools.
