Zhu Jing Materia Medica, also known as Pharmacology Panorama or A String of Pure Crystals, was written by the famous pharmacist Dumard Tenzin Pencuo. Zhu Jing Materia Medica was completed in about 1735. Zhu Jing Materia Medica is the Compendium of Materia Medica of Tibetan medicine, which records the growth environment, taste and efficacy of each medicine. Zhu Jing Materia Medica is divided into two parts. The first half is the part of songs and rhymes, written in ode, which summarizes the efficacy of each medicine; The second half is the explanation part, written in narrative, which describes the source, origin, taste and efficacy of each drug respectively. The book is divided into two parts, namely, the first chapter 13 is the general introduction, and the next chapter 13 is the sub-discussion. According to the source, origin, texture and medicinal materials, it is divided into 13 categories, that is, each chapter describes one category.
