The soul's out-of-body experience keeps failing. My heartbeat is too fast. I'm afraid of sudden death. What should I do? Will something bad happen?

Don’t try it easily! One must be aware of one's nature when reborn, otherwise it will be very dangerous. It is the same as the situation in the bardo, where one is reincarnated upon seeing a beautiful woman. In addition, if you still have a heartbeat, you are afraid of death, which means it is still early. There is no "I" to die at all. So you must "die" several times first. At that time, the central channel will be opened and the Brahma points will flow with sticky water. Practice well! You must not pursue these things first. Only by breaking away from self-attachment can you master the seventh consciousness. Only by being free from all appearances can you not be tempted by the realm. When the time comes, you will be satisfied with your magical powers without asking for them.

There have been many problems in the past. As layman Huang Nianzu said in "The View on Choices":

Taoism's "Nine Transformations of Alchemy", some people practice it, and a baby will be born. Once the baby is refined and alive, this flesh is no longer needed. It’s not that heretics don’t have any methods. According to their methods, they can indeed achieve what they want. In mainland China, it is true that children are born now. Babies have bodies, but they are one level higher than our bodies. The baby continued to practice, and it turned again, for a total of nine times, so it was called "Nine Turns of Alchemy". Then it will no longer die. This is its method of cultivation.

So having a baby is indeed possible, but don’t practice hard under a light bulb. Because an electromagnetic field will be generated when working, and the electromagnetic field will affect the light bulb. There was a cultivator who had a child on his head. As soon as the child came out, it ran all over the ground. That day, the electromagnetic field he generated was so strong that it blew up the light bulb. The whole room became dark, and the child hurriedly returned to his body. Because the child was still too young, it still made this body its home, and ended up not being able to find it. If the child cannot return to the body, the cultivator will not be able to survive and will become mentally disturbed. This is all a matter of view. If your view is wrong, you will have this kind of practice and you will get this kind of result.

In addition, read more books by Mr. Vowel, he will tell you all the methods.

Excerpted from "Secrets of Achievement in the Middle":

After we understand the meaning of the twin statues and the wrathful statues, we should not be confused when we see these statues in the bardo stage. Delusion. We must know that these phenomena are all manifested by our own minds. Our heart is like a mirror, and all appearances are the shadows appearing in the mirror. We can remain calm in any state. When we merge with the light in the bardo stage, we will realize Sambhogakaya Buddha. It is not easy to cultivate Sambhogakaya Buddha when you are alive. Of course, as long as you work hard, you can realize the three bodies of Dharma, Sambhogakaya and Transformation while you are alive: When we do Kung Fu to open up our original nature, we will see Dharmakaya Buddha; By diligently eliminating habitual tendencies and purifying the mind, we can transform our state, transform our physical body, and develop our magical powers to become the Sambhogakaya Buddha. Taking a further step forward, we can achieve the birth of a body through mind, that is, the achievement of incarnation. Bodhisattvas who have attained the third level can manifest their mind-born body (the body born from the root of the seventh consciousness is called the mind-born body). When a Bodhisattva reaches the fifth level, he will be able to give birth to three thoughts, which is what Taoism calls "one Qi transforming into three pure beings". Therefore, Taoism and Buddhism also have many similarities. It's just that what Taoism teaches is not final or thorough, and is always superficial. Because the mind-born body transformed by the seventh consciousness is still false. It is just the wonderful function of the Buddha-nature and should not be attached to. Bodhisattvas who have reached the eighth level or above can manifest mind-born bodies with sufficient types. Not only can it manifest the human body, it can manifest whatever it wants (such as mountains, rivers, trees, houses, etc.), and it can manifest all kinds of things. This is freedom of change. It just depends on how hard we work. The first step is to be able to stop thinking about it. You can see your thoughts as soon as they come and don't run away with them. They are still clear and clear, leaving no shadow behind. In this way, you can be at ease with your body, and you can reincarnate wherever you want; in the second step, you must be able to achieve equality between good and bad, and you will not like the good ones and not be annoyed by the bad ones, then you will be able to change freely; in the third step, you must be able to When the subtle inflows are extinguished, everything becomes empty, and the great wisdom of perfect enlightenment appears clearly, then you can manifest hundreds of thousands of billions of incarnations and save hundreds of thousands of billions of sentient beings. Therefore, when we are alive, we can achieve these by cultivating according to the methods of Dzogchen, Heart Center and other levels of attainment. If we do not cultivate it well during our lifetime, there will be a "bardo salvation method" in the end that can enable us to achieve Sambhogakaya Buddha. We have the fate to hear this supreme Dharma today. What a blessing it is!

The following is selected from Elder Yuan Yin’s "Meditating Methods":

Kung Fu Level

The first step in doing Kung Fu: not following the thought. If you can achieve the goal of not following your thoughts, you will be able to take the initiative in life and death, and you will feel at ease if you are not influenced by your karma.

The second step: witness Wuwei with your own eyes. No matter what happens, I won't be moved. This is truly letting go, rather than suppressing it. It won't do to hold it still. We should deal with all kinds of things, go along with everything, and have no sense of distinction between good and bad. We should not like the good and never get tired of the bad. Only in this way can our hearts be calm and reach a state of equality and inaction. Once you reach this point, you will be able to change freely, and you will be able to live and die in stages. The first step is to be at ease in life and death. The second step is to be able to change freely. It can change from thick to thin, from short to long. It reaches the level of the eighth bodhisattva and can manifest at least thirty mind-born bodies.

Step 3: Eliminate micro-influx. Subtle flow is the intention mentioned above. The intention flows in the field of eight consciousnesses. You can't see it at ordinary times. Only when you go deep into the great concentration of Vajrasattva can you see and eliminate it. At this point, after all the subtle streams of light are extinguished, hundreds of thousands of billions of incarnations can appear. Without bodhicitta, it is impossible to achieve enlightenment. What is bodhicitta? A simple explanation is "seeking transformation from above": seeking the Buddha's way from above and saving sentient beings from below. We practice Dharma to transform sentient beings, not for our own sake.

Everyone must study hard, insist on meditating and observing, and do not take it lightly. What is more important is to study while sitting down. You don’t just sit for two hours and then let loose and run wild. You must also remember to observe it at all times while walking, living, sitting, and lying down, in order to be in harmony with the great road.
