I. Scope of Recruitment

Graduates of ordinary institutions of higher learning in 2023 and 2022, whose file relationship is still in the original graduate institution, or in graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service institutions, and public employment service institutions, who graduated abroad in the same period and have completed their academic qualifications but have not yet implemented their work units, may apply for employment of graduates in 2023.
Those who participate in grassroots service projects, such as those who have no work experience before participating in service projects, and who have passed the examination within 2 years after the expiration of service, may apply for employment of graduates in 2023; After retirement 1 year, those who are recruited as conscripts by recent college graduates can apply for employment of graduates in 2023.
Except for the graduates of ordinary colleges and universities in 2023 who have obtained academic degree certificates and the date of academic certification can be relaxed, other personnel must obtain academic degree certificates of ordinary colleges and universities before the registration deadline, and other overseas students must complete the academic certification of the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education before they can apply for the exam.
(4) Those who have the teacher qualification certificate that meets the application position and have no teacher qualification certificate for the time being must obtain the teacher qualification certificate that meets the application position before August 3, 20231.
Postgraduates with master's degree or above who apply for the post of high school teacher cannot provide the corresponding teacher qualification certificate at the time of registration, and must promise to obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate during the probation period. If the teacher qualification certificate of the corresponding level is not obtained within the prescribed time limit, the employment contract shall be terminated according to law.
(five) to apply for graduate students, their postgraduate and undergraduate majors must be consistent with or similar to the professional requirements of the post.
(6) If there are other provisions on qualifications such as academic qualifications and professional requirements of recruitment positions in the Information Form of Teacher Post Setting in Taicang City, Suzhou City in 2023, those provisions shall prevail.
(7) The following persons are not allowed to apply for the exam: (1) active servicemen or non-2023 graduates of ordinary colleges and universities with national education sequence; (2) Those who are husband and wife, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations or close in-laws with the person in charge of the institution shall not apply for positions such as organization (personnel), discipline inspection and supervision, and financial audit of the institution; Those who have the above-mentioned relationship with the existing on-the-job personnel, management positions that form a direct relationship between superiors and subordinates after arriving at the post, and positions that should be avoided clearly in the Regulations on the Avoidance of Personnel Management in Institutions shall not be employed; (3) The New Measures for Open Recruitment of Institutions in Jiangsu Province came into effect on March 13, 2020. 3. The newly hired personnel uniformly implement the management mode of "county management and school employment", consciously obey the overall deployment, and sign the employment agreement and employment contract with the employer within the specified time.
