4. The working method is simple. The understanding of the problem is not deep enough, the thinking is not deep enough, the method of dealing with things is relatively simple, and the work style is not solid enough. We can't understand and deal with problems from a political point of view.

3. The work style is not solid enough.

Sometimes out of selfishness, there is an attitude of "doing more and making more mistakes, doing less and making fewer mistakes, and not doing well". You don't have to do anything except what you have to do, which sometimes leads to inefficiency.
4. There are both humanism and formalism.
It shows that the principle of dealing with problems needs to be strengthened, and the problems found in the work are not mentioned because of feelings, and those that can be ignored are ignored. This is good humanism. Sometimes there is a problem of seeking only form but not execution, and the implementation of specific systems is not rigorous enough. At work, we only ask if we have done it, not if it is good.
