How to analyze tables well

1, histogram

Histogram is a statistical graph with the length of a rectangle as a variable. Vertical bars show the distribution of data, which is used to compare two or more values (at different times or under different conditions), and there is only one variable, which is usually used for the analysis of smaller data sets. It has a good effect on comparing the specific changes and development trends of two or more data with the same nature.

2. Line chart

Line charts can display data that changes with time, so line charts are suitable for analyzing data changes at the same time interval. In general, the category data in a line chart are evenly distributed along the horizontal axis, and the specific data values of all information are evenly distributed along the vertical axis. Usually, it is better to analyze the data together with line charts and column charts, which not only compare the specific values, but also compare the overall development trend, taking into account the trivial and overall situation.

3. Bar chart

Bar chart can be understood as horizontal bar chart, which is mainly used to analyze and compare the contrast between various projects. Bar charts are needed when there are few horizontal items and a large vertical numerical span of data that need chart analysis.

4. Circular grid statistical chart

Pie charts, as the name implies, are used to compare the various components of a "pie" and are generally used to show the proportion of each value to the total. To analyze data such as market share, pie chart is the most suitable. FineReport has three-dimensional pie chart, composite pie chart, traction line and other pie chart types, and you can see more detailed pie chart division effect.

5. Map

Maps are mainly used to display business data of geographical background, and all the data you need to analyze are displayed by maps. Basically, when macro-analysis shows the business data of various provinces and cities, data charts are used.
