First, delete the processing method.
1. There is section break on the blank page. Some blank pages can't be deleted because there was section break on the previous page. At this time, we can use the shortcut key Ctrl+Shift+8 to display section break, then position the cursor at the location of section break and press delete to delete it.
2. The principle that page breaks lead to blank page breaks is the same as that of section break. We refer to the above method, use the shortcut key Ctrl+Shift+8, then position the cursor and press delete to delete.
Second, other treatment methods.
1. There are paragraph marks on the blank page. If the blank page is caused by a paragraph mark, Ctrl+H will open the Replace dialog box, and click More-Special Format-Paragraph Mark, and P will be automatically entered into the search content box. Select it, then copy and paste two copies.
No input replacement, click Replace All, and all blank pages in the document will be deleted.
2. The last page ended in a table, but a new blank page appeared. How can I not delete it? Position the cursor on the first line of a blank page, then right-click the paragraph, set the line spacing to 1 line, and then click OK to see if the blank page has been deleted.
3. There are multiple blank pages. If there are several blank pages in the document, you may have typed too many page breaks. Try to find and replace them. Ctrl+H opens the Replace and Replace dialog box, and then type "m" in the Find what box to replace it with no input.
Then select Replace All.
