Why is rice meat called human flesh?

Rice meat is called human flesh because it is easy to be eaten and kill people during the meat famine. There used to be a restaurant specializing in human flesh, called human flesh rice meat, which means eating rice-long meat. People once called it a two-legged sheep, and young women were called envious sheep, which means that women's meat is greasy and they don't envy it after eating mutton.

Lu Xun once wrote in Essays under the Light: "China's so-called civilized people are actually just a feast of human flesh arranged for the rich to enjoy. The so-called China is actually just a kitchen to arrange this feast of human flesh. " This passage is not necessarily false, because cannibalism is common in history.
