How to eat crabs and persimmons together?

Crabs and persimmons are almost juxtaposed, and the foods listed in ancient medical books have this pair of "enemies".

What is "respect each other as guests"? As the name implies, water and fire are incompatible.

The saying that "crabs are the same as persimmons" may come from the life experience of the ancients. According to my analysis, the key to the incompatibility between the two foods is persimmon. Healthy people can't stand eating two or three crabs at a time, but persimmons are not.

Persimmon is cold and contains a lot of pectin and persimmon gum. Immature persimmons also contain red tannin. Persimmon gum and red tannin will condense into lumps when they meet gastric acid. In other words, if persimmons are eaten too much, blood clots may become hard lumps-stomach persimmon stones, which will cause damage to gastric mucosa. Crab meat is rich in protein, persimmon contains a lot of tannic acid, and protein will solidify when it meets tannic acid. This is probably the origin of the phrase "crabs are the same as persimmons".

Strangely, there are quite a lot of rich cold foods in protein, but the predecessors mentioned crabs and didn't mention anything else. This seems unfair.

A gourmet once told me that he was not convinced by this statement. He once tested himself. He only ate a hairy crab and a persimmon for dinner, and then waited for a response. After two hours, he didn't feel any discomfort, but felt a little hungry. What's going on here?

Of course, there are preconditions. First, persimmon is eaten less (only one). Second, his stomach function is better, and he can digest persimmon and crab meat.

Ancient medical books and folklore list many foods. It is reasonable to list crabs and persimmons as enemies, but it is unreasonable to say that "peanuts and cucumbers are enemies". It can be seen that the saying that "food is like grams" should be distinguished from truth, or can it be quoted when eating?
