Syphilis is a common chronic systemic infectious disease, which is caused by the sexual contact of Treponema pallidum. It is characterized by a long course of disease, diverse symptoms and diverse manifestations. It is easy to invade the internal organs and central nervous system at the initial stage of the disease. Syphilis can be transmitted to others through sexual intercourse, or to the next generation through pregnant women with syphilis, causing abortion, premature birth, stillbirth or congenital syphilis.

(2) Acquired syphilis: Syphilis enters the brain and blocks the meridians, and the methods of clearing blood and detoxifying, promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals are often used, such as Tufuling Decoction and Sanxian Pill. Sanxiandan: 50 grams of mirabilite, 25 grams of alum, 25 grams of mercury and 5-7 pharmaceutical preparations. Put it flat in an iron pan, fasten it with a fine porcelain bowl, and seal it with salt cement strips around it (the soil is kitchen soil). Fix the bowl and pot tightly with iron wire, add cold water to the bottom of the bowl, and start a small fire. After the surrounding soil is dry, add cold water to the bottom of the bowl, burn it for 8~ 10 hour, and then cool it to remove the soil.
