6.2 Prescription Houttuynia cordata, Fagopyrum cymosum, Siqing, Herba Ephedrae, Radix Asteris, Radix Peucedani, Fructus Aurantii and Glycyrrhrizae Radix.
6.3 Prepare the above eight medicinal materials, distill Houttuynia cordata and Fructus Aurantii with water, and collect the distillate; Decoct that residue and six herbs such as Jinyang pulse in wat twice, filtering, mixing filtrates, and concentrate to an appropriate amount; Boil appropriate amount of sucrose in water, filter, mix the filtrate with the above distillate and concentrated solution, add appropriate amount of benzoic acid and potassium sorbate, or add appropriate amount of benzoic acid, potassium sorbate and flavoring agent, add water to a specified amount, mix well, and package.
6.4 Characteristics This product is a brown-black viscous liquid; It tastes sweet and slightly bitter.
6.5 Identification (1) Take 20ml of this product, adjust the pH value to 2 ~ 3 with dilute hydrochloric acid, shake it evenly, extract it with ether twice, 20ml each time, combine the ether extracts, volatilize the ether, and add 1ml methanol to the residue to make it dissolve, as the test solution. In addition, the ferulic acid reference substance and protocatechuic acid reference substance were added with methanol to prepare solutions containing 1mg per 1ml as reference substance solutions. According to the test of thin-layer chromatography (appendix ⅵ b of Pharmacopoeia I, 20 10), 5μl of each of the above three solutions was absorbed, respectively, on the same silica gel GF254nm thin-layer plate, and toluene-ethyl acetate-formic acid (20: 10: 1) was used as the developing agent, developed, taken out and dried. In the chromatogram of the test sample, spots with the same color appear in the position corresponding to the chromatogram of the control sample.
(2) Take this product 10ml, dilute it with 20ml water, transfer it to a separatory funnel, adjust the pH value to 10 ~ 12 with concentrated ammonia solution, shake well, extract it with ether twice, each time 15ml, combine ether solutions, evaporate and add/. Another ephedrine hydrochloride reference substance was added with methanol to prepare a solution containing 1 mg per 1 ml as the reference substance solution. According to the test of thin-layer chromatography (Appendix ⅵ b of Pharmacopoeia I, 20 10), the test solution 10μl and the reference solution 2μl were respectively absorbed on the same silica gel G thin-layer plate, and chloroform-methanol-concentrated ammonia water test solution (40:10/) was used as the developing agent. In the chromatogram of the test sample, spots with the same color appear in the position corresponding to the chromatogram of the control sample.
(3) Take 20ml of this product, put it in a separatory funnel, shake and extract it with ether for 2 times, 20ml each time, discard the ether solution, shake and extract the aqueous solution with ethyl acetate for 2 times, 30ml each time, combine the ethyl acetate extracts, evaporate to dryness, and add 1ml methanol to dissolve the residue as the test solution. Another naringin reference substance was added with methanol to prepare a solution containing 1 mg per 1 ml as the reference substance solution. According to the test of thin-layer chromatography (Appendix ⅵ b of Pharmacopoeia I, 20 10), respectively absorb 10μl test solution and 5μl reference solution on the same silica gel G thin-layer plate, and use chloroform-methanol-water (32: 17: 5) as the developing agent, unfold, take out and unfold. In the chromatogram of the test sample, fluorescent spots with the same color appear in the position corresponding to the chromatogram of the control sample.

The theoretical plate number should be not less than 3000 calculated by naringin peak.
6.7.2 Preparation of reference solution Take a proper amount of naringin reference substance, weigh it accurately, and add methanol to make a solution containing 80μg per 1ml.
6.7.3 Preparation of test solution Accurately measure 65438±00ml of this product, put it in a 50ml volumetric flask, add dilute ethanol to the scale, shake well, centrifuge (rotate at 4000 rpm) for 65438 00 minutes, and take the supernatant.
6.7.4 Determination Method Accurately absorb 65,438 00μ l of control solution and test solution respectively, inject them into liquid chromatograph, and determine to obtain the product.
Every 1ml of this product contains Fructus Aurantii, calculated as naringin (C27H32O 14), which shall not be less than 0.35mg.
