1, Aristotle (384 BC-March 7, 322 BC), was born in Starkila, Thrace, Greece. He was an ancient Greek philosopher and scientist, a student of Plato, a teacher of Alexander the Great, and was called the founder of western philosophy together with Plato and Socrates.
In 366 BC, he studied philosophy at Plato's Academy in Athens until his teacher Plato died. In 342 BC, he was hired by King Philip II of Macedonia and became the teacher of Alexander the Great, who was only 13 years old at that time. In 335 BC, he established his own school Lv Keang in Athens. In 322 BC, he died. His important works include Metaphysics, Ethics, Politics and Analysis.
Aristotle is a master of Greek philosophy, studying under Plato, and is known as an encyclopedic philosopher. At the same time, he is also the founder of many disciplines, such as ethics, politics, physics, logic and so on.
This great philosopher was born in Stajila, a small town in Thrace in northern Greece. His father Nicoma is a court doctor of Macedonian king Amintas, and his mother Festi is very rich. Aristotle entered Plato's academe Academy at the age of 18, and studied there for 20 years until his teacher Plato died in 347 BC.
