Shan Guoshui (formerly known as Chen Guoshui), a native of Wangjiajing Village, Dongguan, Shangyu,1enlisted in April 1949, and was a soldier of 265th Regiment, 89th Division, 20th Army, Chinese people's Volunteer Army. 1950 12 died gloriously in the battle of kinmen mountain in Korea.

He used to be the director of exhibition department of China Artists Association and a member of China Artists Association.
