What myths and legends are there in ancient India and China?

In ancient Chinese divination, there is no word for "god". In oracle bone inscriptions, "shen" is used instead of "god". That is to say, in ancient literature, "shen" It is the same character as "神", so Xu Shen, a philologist of the Han Dynasty, said in "Shuowen Jiezi": "Shen is also a god." So, according to the pictographic character-making principles of ancient literature, what exactly does "Shen" mean? What is it? The original meaning of "Shen" is the shape of pictographic lightning. This means that in ancient texts, God meant lightning from the sky. Therefore, in ancient China, "天神" (天神) was often pronounced consecutively. Moreover, in oracle bone inscriptions, "Tian" is the frontal shape of a human body. If "Shen" is a true portrayal of the flashing flying saucer by ancient people, then "Tian" is an objective description of aliens. It seems that "gods" refer to people from the sky. Similar interpretations can be made for the early myths and religions of other peoples. For example, the German linguist Father Schmidt noticed that in the religions of the Indian and European peoples, the root of the word Supreme God (God) is It means "to shine". In addition, the word "God" in the Bible means "people from the sky" in ancient Hebrew.

In ancient China, there were also legends about the "Son of Heaven" coming from the sky on a dragon. For example, "Historical Records·Fengchan Book" said: "The dragon hangs its beard and comes down to welcome the Yellow Emperor. The Yellow Emperor rides up, and all the officials in the harem follow. There are more than seventy people on the top, and the dragon is on the way up. "The appearance of the dragon is rare in history, and it is always related to the emperor. Each emperor called himself the "Son of Heaven," the son of the heavenly gods, to represent the noblest of human beings.

As we all know, dragons do not exist at all. Why did the ancients believe that there are dragons in the sky? "Shuowen" says: "There are three hundred and sixty scale insects, and the dragon is the longest. The dragon can be ethereal and bright. , can be small or large, can be short or long, ascend to the sky at the spring equinox, and enter the abyss at the autumn equinox. "Isn't this "dragon" that can shine, dim, change size, and go up to the sky and go to the sea the embodiment of a flying saucer? If the ancients had never seen such a flying machine, how could they have the concept of dragon?

As early as primitive society, turtles were worshiped as the totem of the Gun clan tribe. "Dadaili" says: "There are three hundred and sixty beetles, but the tortoise is the longest." "Luoshu" also says: "The tortoise is the five colors of Xuanwen, the essence of the gods. It rises up to Fatian, and down to Pingfa. The earth. Able to see life and death, and understand good and bad luck. The king does not take sides and respects the elderly. "

Similarly, is this kind of magical turtle that can go to heaven and earth, foresee life and death, and understand natural and earth disasters? Is it an image portrayal of the saucer-shaped aircraft that aliens ride on? However, some people may say that the ancients worshiped turtles because their lifespans are longer than those of ordinary animals. However, no matter how rich the imagination of the ancients was, how could they have imagined that this slow-moving turtle could ascend to heaven and earth and predict the wind and clouds?

The Lotus Sutra is an incredible work. The classics were written 500 years after the death of Sakyamuni (2,500 years ago). They recorded the myths in the Mahayana thought that emerged at that time. These myths had been circulated in the Himalayas tens of thousands of years ago and became known as It is written in the form of a collection of Gautama Buddha's own remarks. Yukiken Shida of Japan translated it into vernacular. There is such a record: On one side of the celestial body, there is a state of pure light and solemnity. The leader is "Pure Flower Su Wang Zhi Tathagata". He rules many people who live long lives and have noble spirits. Among these people, there is a great figure named Wonderful Sound Bodhisattva. He has countless virtues, learned the truth of the universe, and obtained precious "meditation methods" such as meditation to understand the languages ????of all living things (i.e., telepathy). , meditation (transmission of thoughts) to travel freely to and from anywhere in the universe, meditation to learn about the changes in the universe based on the movements of the moon and sun...

One day, Wonderful Sound Bodhisattva suddenly received a message from the great master Shakti in the earth world. The telepathy technique transmitted by Jia Muni. The Bodhisattva Wonderful Sound reported to the King of Pure Flowers, Wisdom Tathagata, and requested to come to the "whirlpool world" (earth) to see Sakyamuni and many practitioners.

Jinghua Su Wangzhi Tathagata agreed, but told Wonderful Sound Bodhisattva that when a celestial body descends from a high celestial body to a low celestial body, the natural frequency cannot be used and must match the frequency of the low celestial body. In other words, it is "entry and ask about customs": when you come to visit the earth, you must lower your own frequency to the earth's inherent frequency.

The strange thing is that when the Bodhisattva Saraswati began to sit and meditate, 84,000 "lotus seats" appeared near the place where Sakyamuni taught the sermon, all with gold stems, silver leaves, and diamond petals ( In Buddhist scriptures, it is common practice to use the auspicious lotus flower to represent incredible phenomena. We believe that this "lotus seat" may refer to a flying saucer that emits different lights).

On earth, there are also believers who ask Sakyamuni: "O World Honored One! What is the reason for such auspiciousness?"

People on earth see Wonderful Sound Bodhisattva. Everyone in the group said that their appearance was very strange - their eyes were like green lotus leaves, their bodies glowed golden, their muscles were strong, and their faces were straight.

Miaoyin Bodhisattva accomplished many deeds. When he left, the people on earth saw the strange phenomena when they came.

After in-depth study of the Lotus Sutra, Japanese scholar Yukiken Shida boldly concluded: "We can think of it this way, highly evolved predecessors of the universe have visited our earth again and again."

As early as three or four thousand years ago, there were legends of flying cars in our country, which were quite magical. According to the "Book of Mountains and Seas: Overseas Western Classics": "The country of Qihu is in the north of it (note: refers to the country of one arm). Its people have one arm and three eyes, with yin and yang, and they ride on literary horses.

There is a bird with two red and yellow heads beside it. "

"Natural History: Foreign Countries" records: "The people of Qihu are good at killing hundreds of birds. He was able to fly a chariot and travel far away from the wind. When the west wind came during the Tang Dynasty, it blew his chariot to Yuzhou (note: one of the nine ancient states). The chariot was broken by the soup and he did not care about the people. Ten years later, when the east wind came, I resumed driving and repatriated. His country is forty thousand miles from Yumen Pass.

In the myths and legends of ancient India and China, there are records of gods and men living together in the ***. Epics and mythological stories such as Ramayana and Mahabharata in ancient India all record the intermingling, interrelationship and conflict between gods and humans.

The ancient Chinese "Shan Hai Jing" records that "ten gods" lived in the "Wild Su", and it also records that Kunlun Mountain is the "home of hundreds of gods". "Guoyu" also records that in ancient times, people and gods lived together.
