Luoning County is located in Luoyang City, Henan Province, of which 47 represents Henan Province, 1 represents Luoyang City, 7 represents Luoning County, and the last two represent delivery areas.
Luoning County is adjacent to Yiyang in the east, Shaanxi County in the north, Hedi Town in the northeast, Xiaojie Township in the southwest and suburbs in the southeast.
