The major of ancient literature in China is one of the disciplines with considerable academic strength developed by the Department of Language and Literature in China. 1982 awarded the master's degree and the doctor's degree in 2003. Famous scholars such as Wu, Wu, Zhu Jinghua and Cheng have worked here for many years and worked hard, laying a solid foundation for discipline construction. In recent years, through self-construction, vigorous training and active introduction, the major of ancient literature has built an academic team with reasonable academic structure and strong research strength. The average age of this academic team is 45 years old, and seven people have obtained doctoral degrees. In recent years, * * * has presided over 5 national social science fund projects, and 10 scientific research projects at or above the provincial and ministerial levels, and published dozens of academic monographs and hundreds of papers.
Main research directions and contents
This major is divided into six research directions: literature in the pre-Qin and Han Dynasties, literature in the Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, literature in the Tang and Song Dynasties, literature in the Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, the history of split literature and ancient literary theory. The first four research directions mainly focus on the works of important writers in relevant historical periods, important literary schools, important literary phenomena, and the relationship between literature in various periods. The research direction of the history of split literature is to explore the history and laws of literary development from the perspective of literary genre. The research object of ancient literary theory is China's ancient literary theory.
