When did Go originate?

Weiqi originated in China and began to spread around the Yao and Shun times. There is a record in the pre-Qin classic Shi Ben: "Yao made Weiqi and was good at Weiqi". Go was called chess in ancient times, and it was also called go in the west. It is very popular in East Asia. During the Sui and Tang Dynasties, it was introduced into Japan through Korea, and then spread to European and American countries. Weiqi has a history of 4,000 years and contains many rich connotations of China culture, which is the best embodiment of China culture and civilization.

Go is divided into amateur position and national professional position.

Amateur position:

The amateur stage is divided into two stages, namely 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. The sections are divided into amateur 1, amateur 2, amateur 3, amateur 4, amateur 5, amateur 6, amateur 7 and amateur 8.

National professional level:

There are nine kinds of national occupational posts, namely initial occupational post, second occupational post, third occupational post, fourth occupational post, fifth occupational post, sixth occupational post, seventh occupational post, eighth occupational post and ninth occupational post.
