In 1953, Xin County was withdrawn and established as a township. Nanying Village and Wangjiazhuang Village were merged into Yingzhuang Village and classified as Wencun Township.
In 1958, Xinxian County and Dingxiang County were merged into Xinding County. Townships were removed to establish communes, Yingzhuang Village was removed, and the Nanying Village Production Brigade was established, which belongs to the upstream People's Commune (the People's Commune is in Qicun).
In 1961, Xinding County was divided and Xinxian County was restored. After the Wencun People's Commune was established, the Nanying Village Production Brigade came under the jurisdiction of the Wencun People's Commune.
In 1983, Xin County was changed to Xinzhou City (county-level city). In 1984, Xinzhou City withdrew communes and established towns. The Nanying Village Production Brigade was abolished and changed into Nanying Villagers Committee, which belongs to Wencun Township.
In 2000, Xinzhou was evacuated and established as a city. The original Xinzhou City was changed to Xinfu District, and Nanying Village was returned to Wencun Township, Xinfu District.
After Xinfu District evacuated Wencun Township in 2001, Nanying Village came under the jurisdiction of Hesuo Township.
