Brief introduction of Zhang Feng

Zhang Feng (1887 ~ 1966) was born in Jiashan, Zhejiang. In 28 years, he served as the dean of Tianmu Mountain College in western Zhejiang, and set up a cultural relic showroom to display the cultural relics unearthed in Tianmu Mountain in Neolithic Age and Song Dynasty. Editor-in-chief of Literature and History Semimonthly, was hired as a member of the Preparatory Committee of Shanghai Museum in 34 years. After liberation, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of Zhejiang Archaeological Society and a librarian of the Provincial Museum of Literature and History. He has a rich collection of rare books and ancient books, including fossils, stone tools, pottery, porcelain, jade and so on.
