How to practice the powerful explosive power of Tai Chi?

Tai Ji Chuan's Secret:! -Professor Ma Quanyou's Secret of Taiji Tai Ji Chuan is the quintessence of China, which is called "Oriental Ballet" by the world. Has the functions of self-defense, body building, humiliation prevention and body building. Speaking of self-defense, I want to talk about how far I can practice self-defense. It should be said that it is necessary to practice the powerful explosive power of Tai Chi internal strength! People often say that Tai Ji Chuan is "soft, tough and hard". This statement is not comprehensive, or parrot-learned. Only one aspect of Tai Ji Chuan's actual combat is described, but what can better show Tai Chi's internal strength is the powerful explosive force of "hard fighting and hard entry"! What are you afraid of in actual combat with such explosive internal strength? Usually, people who have practiced Tai Ji Chuan for many years often ask me for help. I always say "no" and politely decline. Why? In fact, if you have kung fu, it depends on whether the other person has kung fu or how big it is. Some people are pretentious. In fact, at first glance, he didn't even open his crotch, Tai Chi didn't reach the point of "crotch arc", and his feet didn't take root, let alone go deep into the ground. After more than 20 years of practicing Tai Ji Chuan and understanding Tai Ji Chuan, and under the guidance of Master Xi 'an, the king of Tai Chi, I have certain internal skills. How can people who have no internal skills and those who have internal skills push hands? People with internal skills may not be able to stand it if they shake a little. This is not an alarmist. When I was teaching Tai Ji Chuan, some students had been practicing martial arts for many years before I introduced Tai Ji Chuan, and they always wanted to try my skills as a teacher. I can't help it I saw the urgency of the students and had to deal with them with three or four points of strength. In this way, the students were beaten by me, and the pain was unbearable, so they had to learn boxing properly. At the same time, I also promised them that I would teach them Tai Chi Sanshou in the future. It is not easy to practice Tai Chi, so you must be savvy. It would be better if there were a famous teacher to give directions. The explosive power of practicing Tai Chi is like an ancient book. Taiji is magical, and what the ancients said is true! It's not that ancient books are mysterious, that you don't understand them, that you are superstitious, that you don't believe them, that you don't use them, that you are too abstruse, that you understand them too shallowly, that you are too old, and that you are too naive! As long as you can persist in hard training and persevere in Yun Geng, there will always be gains. People often say: if you don't leave your hands and your mouth, you will succeed one day. Always think too much, raise your hand and practice boxing. You are not afraid of heat, cold, rain or wind, and there is nothing you can't practice. Now I will summarize the process of Tai Ji Chuan's internal skill cultivation and powerful explosive force as follows, so as to better understand Tai Ji Chuan or teach others the authentic internal skill Tai Ji Chuan. Every process of Tai Chi's powerful explosive power: the first step: practicing Dantian Kung from the foundation. Tai Ji Chuan does not distinguish between you and me, regardless of types and all kinds of Tai Chi. Their boxing principles are the same, and both of them can produce internal strength. When practicing boxing, you must relax and use your mind to guide you. Relaxation means: head above, shoulders drooping, elbows narrowing, air sinking, legs relaxing, toes grasping the ground separately. The whole body has a feeling of lightness and weightlessness, but the feet should be stepped on hard and the heels should be solid. Only in this way can there be a foundation, and the so-called "root" is nothing more than that. But relaxation is not slacking off. Your arm should have a heavy feeling. The heavier, the looser. It can be understood that pine is like an unused whip rope, and normal pine is like a whip rope thrown up hard, with bends in softness and rigidity in strength. The ideological guidance is: no one is like someone in boxing, just like the person in front of you is fighting you, and you use every move to deal with the opponent's moves. If you keep practicing like this, Dantian will gradually feel angry. The effect will be better if stakes are added frequently. If there is the guidance of Artest Tai Chi teacher, then the generation of Tai Chi internal strength is like adding wings to a tiger! After the last step of exercise, we have some lethal capital in actual combat, but the internal force is still in the abdomen, so we must try our best to transport the qi from the abdomen to the limbs. The abdomen (sacrum) is the general center of gravity of the human body, just like the center of the circle. All the strength of a person comes from the sacrum, and the next stage of practice is to experience the feeling of internal force passing from the center to the tip. All movements are centered on the general center of gravity, making a circular rotation of yin and yang, left and right, back and forth, up and down. In this way, we found the key to practicing Tai Chi skill, and then through Gong Zhuang's training, the whole bone was connected, which is what some people call getting through the size and strength, and using the qi of the abdomen to drive the arm to dance with Yin and Yang. "Touch the air between us and fight freely in actual combat! Step 2: Generation of Strength in the Spine and Waist When the qi in the abdomen is generated, we should start to exercise the strength of the spine, lift the qi in the abdomen through "Little Sunday", and then send it to the spine and waist over the shoulder, so that the back and waist can generate inflation gas and strengthen the waist. This kind of strength comes from the abdomen, and once it is practiced, it can never be retired. Spinal force is a very important link in the whole force transmission process. When exercising the spine, the mind should always perceive the spine, so that the internal energy of the spine and arms can be coordinated and connected, so that the mind can accompany the body and form and spirit can be integrated. Will enter the gate of China Wushu, and lay a solid foundation for the future development of Wushu. Step 3: Full-body strength is only produced when full-body strength is produced. Only by playing Tai Ji Chuan can you be called a master. So what does total strength mean? " The overall strength of the whole body is behind you, and you have actual combat ability! The overall strength of the whole body should reflect the power of "chicken leg", "dragon body", "bear arm", "leopard head", "eagle claw" and "thunder". "Chicken leg" means that by practicing Tai Ji Chuan, you can relax your crotch and walk down the arc, thus producing strong leg skills; "Dragon body" means that the waist should have the internal force of Youlong dancing the waist and tail; "Bear stick" means to train strong arms, just like the handle of a whip. By practicing Tai Ji Chuan correctly, the back gradually becomes as solid as a steel plate. The trapezius muscle and latissimus dorsi muscle extend in two directions, the scapula sinks, spreads horizontally, holds out the chest and pulls out the ground, the back is round and firm, the ribs are bulging, and the qi and blood are full, all over the body. When the qi in the whole body expands and contracts, the internal force is elastic and explosive; "leopard head" requires boxing to be practiced to the blue sky above the head, with a neck like a column, strong and firm, and the strength is straight through the head from the foot; As the name implies, "eagle claw" is through Tai Ji Chuan's practice, his fingers are full of gas, and his hands are as powerful as eagle claws; "Thunder" refers to the natural hum and haw when exerting force, such as thunder, which permeates mountains and rivers. This is especially true of Chen Taiji's biography. In particular, it is pointed out that when practicing Chen-style Tai Ji Chuan, we must make good use of breath, which will sink and relax, resulting in a powerful explosive force. Therefore, Chen Taijichuan's actual combat ability is very strong. But be careful not to hold your breath or let it fill your chest, which will cause gas knot and harm your body. Step 4: After the slight joint force of the limb is generated, it needs to run through the whole bone, and the connecting tendon runs through the whole body, sending the force to the arm, resulting in shaking elasticity. This swaying elasticity sinks from the loose crotch, and the ground gives us a reaction force. The reaction runs through the whole body from the soles of the feet to the legs, and then from the legs to the waist. After passing through the abdomen, the whole body tightens, instantly producing a very strong explosive force, which is then transmitted to the arms or legs to form a powerful attack force. The purpose of this step is to relax the shoulder joint, thus developing the relaxation force of the forearm. In actual combat, the arm can be pulled out like Strafe. The whole body tension is the performance of the overall mixed strength. Only when it is extremely loose can it be tight and powerful. This kind of power is simply unbearable for flesh and blood. The above is my own experience in generating internal strength, and my secret is to serve myself. People are different for your reference.
