Introduction to luck

xuàn yùn 2 Notes

Dizzy luck is the name of the disease syndrome [1]. That is dizziness[1]. "Yi Qi·Dizziness": "Dizziness is the same as luck, which is spinning. Everything you see spins like flying, which is what the world calls head spin." Volume 14 of "Gu's Medical Mirror": "Those who have dizziness and luck, "The eyes are dark and turned upside down. The head is blinded and the body is turned deaf, as if standing on a boat or a carriage." This refers to a disease characterized by dizziness and dizziness [2][3]. See "Three Causes and One Disease Syndrome: Syndrome and Treatment of Vertigo". Vertigo is also known as dizziness [4], dizziness, and dizziness [1]. Dizziness refers to seeing dark and unclear objects or feeling confused, that is, vertigo; dizziness, feeling that oneself and the surrounding scenery are rotating, that is, dizziness. The two are often seen together at the same time, so they are collectively called "vertigo" [1][5]. In mild cases, it stops with eyes closed; in severe cases, it is like riding in a car or boat, spinning erratically, unable to stand, or accompanied by symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, sweating, or even fainting [5]. It is mostly caused by the loss of Qi and blood, the empty marrow sea, or the disturbance of wind and yang, and the clearing of the orifices due to turbid phlegm [4]. Dizziness is equivalent to peripheral and central vertigo, otogenic vertigo, intracranial vascular lesions, drug poisoning, and motion sickness [1]. This disease is often seen in diseases such as inner ear vertigo (Meniere's disease, motion sickness, etc.), cerebral vertigo (hypertension, hypotension, arteriosclerosis, etc.), neurosis, and anemia in modern medicine [4] .

Acupuncture is more effective in treating vertigo, but the specimen should be prioritized. If the vertigo is acute and severe, treat the symptoms first; if the vertigo is mild or during intermittent episodes, pay attention to the root cause and cure it.

During an attack of vertigo, the patient can be asked to close his eyes, lie down (or sit), and take slow and even breathing movements, or press the Yintang and temples with fingers to smooth the qi of the head and face and relieve dizziness. Symptoms can be alleviated.
