3 Overview Leprosy [1][2] is the name of the disease [3]. Refers to an infectious disease infected with leprosy virus, characterized by general numbness, erythema purpura on the skin, snakeskin-like appearance and desquamation [1][2]. See Surgical Abstracts, Volume II. Leprosy is also called furuncle [3], unknown disease, strong wind, boils, strong wind, boils, leprosy, wind boils, bloody wind [4]. It is a chronic infectious skin disease [4].
We must attach great importance to the early prevention and treatment of leprosy. At present, there are specific drugs and methods for this disease, and the cure rate is high.
4 Etiology and Pathogenesis "On Su Wenfeng in Huangdi Neijing" Volume 5: "Furuncle is glorious and hot, and its qi is unclear, so its nose column is bad and its color is ruined, and its skin is festering."
Because of physical weakness, I feel the wind and poison of sudden sores, and evil spirits stagnate the skin; Or contact infection, vascular internal invasion [4].
Leprosy is a chronic infectious disease caused by the infection of Leprosy Bacillus, which mainly invades the skin and peripheral nerves, and in severe cases, it can involve deep tissues and internal organs. Although leprosy rarely leads to death, it can lead to physical disability and deformity, making patients lose their labor force. Leprosy can occur at any age, and both men and women can get sick. In addition, leprosy is neither transmitted by fetus nor inherited.
The clinical manifestations are numbness of the affected area at first, then erythema, swelling and no pus, which can spread to the whole body skin for a long time, and in severe cases, eyebrow drooping, eye injury, nose collapse, cleft lip and plantar perforation may occur [4].
1. Skin lesions: macula, plaque, nodule or infiltration, lion face, with "perforated area" in the middle of the plaque;
2. Nerve damage: big ears, thick ulnar nerve and peroneal nerve;
3. Sensory disorder: loss of temperature, touch and pain;
4. The bacteria test is positive.
6 Diagnostic basis: 1. Sensory disorder.
2. Peripheral nerves are huge.
3. Leprosy bacilli were found in skin lesions or tissue sections.
4. Pathological basis.
7 treatment principles 1. Actively prevent and control infection;
2. Early, timely, adequate and regular treatment;
3. Pathogen treatment;
4. Symptomatic treatment, deformity requires surgical treatment.
8 medication principle 1. Oral ampicillin+rifampicin is the main type of oligobacteria cases;
2. The combination of oral ampicillin, rifampicin and chlorphenamine is effective for multi-bacterial cases.
3. Prednisone acetate solution is the main case of leprosy reaction, and support treatment should be strengthened.
9. Prescription treatment should dispel wind and remove dampness, promote blood circulation and kill insects [4]. At first, I ate Bao 'an Dan to sweat, then I ate Shen Ying Xiaofeng Powder or Mofeng Pill, and I also ate Fangfeng 1 Pill and Agkistrodon halys wine [4]. People who are weak after a long illness can also take Polygonum multiflorum wine [4]. External treatment, the ulcer was washed with Sophora Flavescentis decoction, and Stellera chamaejasme ointment was used externally [4]. Treatment must be isolated [4].
10 supplementary exam 1. For all kinds of leprosy early detection items, the inspection framework is mainly "A";
2. The examination items can include "A" and "C", which are used to distinguish leprosy patients with deep tissue and visceral damage from other nervous system diseases.
1 1 efficacy evaluation 1. Cure: symptoms and signs disappeared, skin lesions completely subsided, and bacteria turned negative for four consecutive times;
2. Improvement: symptoms and signs improved, skin lesions subsided by more than 75%, and bacteria turned negative for the first time after treatment;
3. Unresolved: symptoms and signs have not improved, and skin lesions have not changed.
