I. Preventive maintenance
Preventive maintenance mainly refers to a series of maintenance methods to prevent functional failure and keep it in a specified state by systematically inspecting products, testing equipment and replacing them on the premise that mechanical equipment has not failed or caused damage.
Second, the preventive maintenance classification
1. Regular maintenance: under the premise of fully understanding the failure law of system equipment, the planned maintenance work is carried out according to the specified maintenance interval or working time of system equipment regardless of the running state of the system equipment at that time.
2. Condition-based maintenance: Condition-based maintenance refers to the periodic detection, analysis and diagnosis of various physical information that may lead to the failure of system equipment functions by using some state detection technologies. Through the analysis of physical information, the current running state of system equipment is inferred, and the necessary preventive maintenance plan is arranged according to the development of system equipment running state.
Problems in preventive maintenance
First, regular maintenance.
1, even if preventive maintenance is carried out, it will happen to some extent, and there is no guarantee that the actual failure rate will decrease after preventive maintenance is carried out.
2. The maintenance cycle is determined by statistical methods, which often leads to excessive maintenance and waste of resources.
3. The maintenance effect of complex mechanical equipment is poor, which is suitable for wear failure and reduces the use efficiency of equipment.
Second, the state maintenance
1, depending on the accuracy of the data, requires high accuracy of the sensor.
2. There are certain requirements for the monitoring environment, and environmental interference often leads to singular values in the monitoring data, resulting in a high false alarm rate.
3. There is often a certain alarm threshold, and it is difficult to set the threshold for maintenance after reaching the threshold.
