Zheng Xiaoning. Zheng Xiaoning was born in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia on November 6, 1961. He is a Chinese film and television actor. He was admitted to the student class of Inner Mongolia Repertory Theater in 1976 and transferred to Guangxi Repertory Theater in 1988. In the TV series "Fearless", Yang Weida is played by actor Zheng Xiaoning. In the TV series, Yang Weida is the chairman of the Weiji Group and the founder of the Weiji Fund.
