1July, 1982, obtained a master's degree in ancient Tibetan, and stayed in school to work. He has been engaged in ethnic higher education for nearly 30 years, conscientiously implemented the party's educational policy, adhered to the socialist direction of running schools, was rigorous in his studies, and was pragmatic, which made certain contributions to the social progress, cultural prosperity and economic development of ethnic minorities in northwest and west China. He has a high level of policy theory and strong ability of organization, coordination and scientific research. He has written and published more than 20 academic papers, 6 monographs, 2 textbooks, 2 reference books and 2 ancient books, totaling more than 2 million words, ranking first and second in participating in key projects, general projects and provincial and ministerial projects of the National Social Science Fund. He has won the first prize in the annual meeting of the Yellow River Cooperation Group for Audio-visual Education in National Colleges and Universities 1 1, the excellent film prize in visual anthropology International Academic Seminar, the third prize in the first national excellent paper on Tibetan studies, the third prize in outstanding achievements in philosophy and social sciences of higher education in Gansu Province, the second prize in teaching achievements of colleges and universities in Gansu Province, the second prize in scientific and technological progress in Gansu Province, and the "Yu Ying" prize for postgraduate tutor of northwest ethnology.
