More than 6,000 people borrowed books and more than 8,000 volumes were borrowed, achieving good service results. It will complete the training and seminars on image aesthetics, color science and other courses, and is committed to the seminar During the course, a batch of excellent books, films, and paintings were created to prepare for major cultural activities such as this year's "Cultural Week" and "Cultural Festival" in our district. 6 hours of intensive training have been carried out this quarter.
The cultural lecture "Humanistic Observation of the Ancient Town" delivered by the person in charge of our museum has also been invited by the town to give a comprehensive and vivid in-depth explanation of the history of the ancient town to cadres, employees and residents in the form of multimedia and culture.
5. The relocation preparations are in an orderly manner

Our library has formulated the "Opening Preparation Work Plan", "Opening Celebration Work Plan", and "Library Facilities and Equipment Configuration Plan" ", "Library Staff Recruitment Plan" and many other documents, and reported them to relevant leaders and departments. We published 6 issues of information briefings in the first quarter, reported work to leaders in a timely manner, and conducted weekly on-site inspections of the construction of the new museum. Currently, both the civil engineering and interior construction projects have passed completion acceptance.

In order to better carry out the construction and management of the new library, the team is led by the deputy director of the Bureau of Culture, Media and Broadcasting and the deputy director of the Finance Bureau. A ten-member inspection team composed of the deputy director of the Procurement Center and the person in charge of our library visited libraries in our city and other districts for inspection. The inspection lasted for five days. Through inspection and study, members of the inspection team generally believed that good results were achieved, their horizons were broadened, their ideas were clarified, and their goals were clarified.
3. In order to implement the spirit of the district’s special meeting on library work held by the District Culture, Radio, Television and New Bureau. Our library held a mobilization meeting to prepare for the opening of the new library. The meeting implemented the construction status of the new library, functional distribution plan, department and office setup, job plan under the new establishment conditions, library work direction, brand services, phased work goals, recent work arrangements, etc. one by one.

Continuously refine and optimize the procurement plan for office furniture, automation equipment, etc. in the new museum, and conduct a preliminary inventory of fixed assets in the museum to avoid repeated purchases. After six drafts of the plan, the total procurement amount was adjusted from nearly 5 million yuan to 3.5 million yuan. It has been submitted to the Finance Bureau for review and will enter the government procurement process in the near future.
6. The work direction is clearer
Our library has clarified the work direction with the purpose of inheriting civilization and serving the society, with the construction of local literature resource center as the feature, and with the protection of ancient books as the highlight. .
