This book was originally a collection of 54 volumes, and only 3 volumes remained in the early Tang Dynasty, only its comments were recorded. So far, there are only eight lost articles, which were compiled by A Qing and Yan Kejun from the Book of Beginners. Judging from these lost articles, he simply discussed the different requirements of various styles and listed some writers as models. He attached great importance to literary talent and praised Kong Rong, Cao Zhi, Pan Yue and Lu Ji. It's just that I don't think algae should be ranked first. About because of his brief comments, Preface to Wen Xin Diao Long criticized him for saying that Hanlin was shallow and lacked substance.

Li Chong's works include Notes on the Analects of Confucius 10, and On Hanlin, 54 volumes and 22 volumes. There are three poems today, two of which are only quoted by books, and Chyi Chin immediately compiled them into poems of Qin, Han, Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties. His Ci, Fu and Prose are also scattered in various books, and only a few of them are relatively complete. Ke Yan has compiled them into all the ancient three generations, three kingdoms, Qin and Han dynasties and six dynasties.
