At the same time, I often go online to find relevant teaching resources, such as courseware, teaching plans, teaching records, teaching experience papers and so on. And share it with other teachers, thus constantly "charging" my teaching level.
Fourth, the existing problems and deficiencies
1, the class development is unbalanced, the guidance of learning methods in our class needs to be further strengthened, and the teaching effect is still not outstanding and needs to be improved.
2. Teaching is mainly based on traditional methods, lacking innovative consciousness, and the education of students' study habits is not successful enough. The work of supporting the excellent and helping the poor is not solid enough, and the goal of cultivating outstanding people is unclear and often changes.
3. Constantly update ideas and strive to practice quality education. Improve teaching quality, strengthen scientific research and promote teaching. Continue to strengthen business study and improve business quality.
4. Students' writing ability is not good and needs to be improved.
5. The results of mid-term learning quality analysis failed to achieve the expected results.
