The origin of "Yulongzi" is recorded in Ming Taizu Miscellaneous Notes, a book in the old Tang Dynasty. This miscellany is active in narration, and has the value of reading official history and abundant information. One of them mentioned "Jade Dragon Son", a rare treasure in the palace, which was also related to Li Shimin.
Yulong's son was first acquired by Taiyuan's son Li Shimin. This jade carving dragon-shaped treasure is "warm, delicate and meticulous, although it is not counted by inches", which is praised by later generations as a rare treasure and a godsend.
And why did this article finally fall into the hands of Tang Xuanzong? Also from his grandmother Wu Zetian. In order to test the ambitions of her grandchildren, Wu Zetian used all kinds of rare treasures to test the younger generation. Among the dazzling treasures, only Tang Xuanzong was unmoved. Wu Zetian immediately thought that "this son should be an emperor of peace" and then gave the treasures handed down from generation to generation to Xuanzong Li.
How did Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty use Jade Dragon to "call the wind and call the rain"? What's the use of Yulong Zi? In fact, Jade Dragon had no effect before it was in the hands of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty, but it was just a treasure of Li. After Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty ascended the throne, whenever the dry season came, Jade Dragon would "struggle" after praying for rain. At this time, a timely rain came, that is, Jade Dragon will "call the wind and call the rain" in Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty.
This jade dragon in the hands of Emperor Xuanzong of Tang Dynasty can not only perceive the mood of praying for rain, but also control the rainfall needed at that time, which is incredible.
At the beginning of Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty, this jade dragon can be said to be a versatile lark, and it didn't come into play until later. According to the Magazine, there was a drought in Chang 'an and its surrounding areas in the middle of Kaiyuan, and Emperor Xuanzong prayed for rain for more than ten days, but there was no response. In a rage, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty abandoned Yulong in Nannei Longchi, and it rained in time.
After the evaluation of the world, Yulongzi has lost her "spiritual" strength, also known as "the wrath of Yan Long", and the rain has fallen from the sky.
Why is this happening? There is no answer yet. The story doesn't end here. After the Anshi Rebellion, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty fled the war-torn Sichuan, and the Mazaipo incident caused Yang Guifei to die. When the motorcade passed the Wei River, the driver found something strange in the river in the bathroom. After Tang Xuanzong showed it, he found that it was a jade dragon that he threw into Longchi.
Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty cherished the recovered things very much. Later, the Jade Dragon was taken into the palace, but it was finally stolen by the little eunuch, and the secret passed to the big eunuch Li. Later, when Li came home, he found that there was a noise in the cabinet where Yulongzi was installed the night before. When he opened the cabinet, it was empty. At this point, the jade dragon disappeared forever and never appeared again for thousands of years.
Although the wonders recorded in these ancient books are incredible, their actual use is unknown. The name of different treasures exists, but it is not so mysterious. what do you think?
