Various copying methods of copier

Copying machine is one of the common office equipment in daily life. Different copiers have different copying methods. Here are some common replication methods:

1. Single-sided copy: Single-sided copy is the most basic copy method. Just put the document to be copied face down on the tray and press the copy button.

2. Double-sided copying: In order to save paper, modern copiers can generally support double-sided copying. You can choose automatic and manual modes. Automatic double-sided copying requires the duplicator to have double-sided printing function, while manual double-sided copying requires manual turning of paper.

3. Multi-page copy: Multi-page copy is usually used to copy documents in batches. Just put all the pages of the document to be copied on the tray, select the music score to be copied, and press the copy key.

4. Color separation copy: Color separation copy refers to dividing the original text into black and white and color, which is suitable for printing graphic files including pictures, charts and so on. Just press the color separation and copy key to select the color and music score to copy.

5. Double-sided shrink copy: If the original is too large and exceeds the paper size of the copier, double-sided shrink copy is needed. First, reduce the original manuscript by one time, and then put the reduced copy on two pieces of paper for double-sided copying.

6. Scan copy: Scan copy is usually used for digital printing. It digitizes the original text and then copies it to paper. Just press the scan key and select the output score, quality and other parameters to achieve high-quality digital copying.

In short, the above copying methods are relatively basic and commonly used entry-level copying skills. If you need to add skills, please read the operating instructions of the copier carefully or refer to relevant information on the Internet, or seek professional help.
