Ah Zhu Yi Rong entered Shaolin Temple and stole Yijinjing, which she always wanted to give to Qiao Feng. Qiao Feng, from honest and frank, felt that the book had an incorrect origin and refused to accept it. After several twists and turns, this book finally fell into the hands of You Tan, the owner of Juxian Village. According to Mr. Jin Yong's setting, Yijinjing was created by Dharma, the ancestor of Shaolin Zen. In "the legendary swordsman", the master Fang Zheng, the abbot of Shaolin, narrated Ling Huchong to restore the inheritance of this ancient book. When Master Huike was forty years old, he broke his arm with snow, and finally moved the founder of Dharma. He was accepted as a disciple, given the dharma number, instruments and clothes. Six years later, the founder of Dharma died. Hui Ke saw a scroll of scripture next to the futon of the bodhi old zu, which became the famous Yijinjing later.
The complexity of each movement of Yijinjing is still different from that of the existing Taoist techniques, and it is obviously consistent with the yoga movements, such as the nine ghosts pulling sabre and pulling the nine oxtails backwards. Therefore, the existing Yijinjing is closely related to Shaolin. From it, I feel the benefits of good health and long life, and find that the meridians of the human body are hidden secrets related to human health, thus creating a way of exercising the bones and muscles of the body, that is, Yijinjing! It shows that our ancestors were very wise, hardworking and brave, and were good at observing, thinking and enterprising! You Tanzhi practiced the Yijin Sutra only for survival at first, but later he found that ice silkworm's cold was running around in the body, which was very fun, so he made great progress in martial arts before he knew it, and he developed this peerless martial arts.
most of us know it from Jin Yong's martial arts novels. In the real history, Yijinjing is a Taoist classic, not a Buddhist work, and there are many different opinions about its source, and there is no definite conclusion so far. It is believed that the book Yijinjing was written by Taoist in Tiantai, Zi Ning, in the fourth year of the Ming Dynasty (1624). Yijinjing expressed a realm of Taoism's practicing qi and seeking longevity, which contained a lot of Taoist vocabulary and cultivation contents.
