Chinese ancient books have the tradition of "painting history from left to right", but the official history of past dynasties does not seek history. It is a great innovation to incorporate the catalogue into the history of Qing Dynasty. The catalogue resources of Qing history are very rich. Putting all kinds of documentary paintings, photos and images of historical sites into the history of Qing Dynasty can not only supplement the deficiency of literature interpretation, but also make historical records lively and provide reliable image testimony for the history of Qing Dynasty.
