What does Lian Po mean?

Lian Po means a name.

Lian Po (date of birth and death unknown), won the surname, inexpensive, and famous. China was a famous soldier of Zhao at the end of the Warring States Period. In the 16th year of Zhao Huiwen's reign (283 BC), Lian Po joined the five-nation allied forces to cut Qi, and defeated Qi, taking it and worshiping it as Shangqing. He was deeply dissatisfied with Lin Xiangru's ranking above himself, but later he learned that Lin Xiangru had endured many times and offered a humble apology, so they became awkward friends.

In the sixth year of Cheng Xiao in Zhao Haoqi (the first 260 years), Lian Po was sent to Changping to resist Qin Jun, and Qin Jun was in vain. Later, Zhao Chengxiao, the king of China, replaced Lian Po with Zhao Kuo, and finally suffered a fiasco. In the 15th year of Cheng Xiao, Zhao Haoqi (before 25 1 year), Lian Po and Lecheng led the army to defeat the Yan army, killed the generals of the Yan state, and divided the five cities to make peace.

It is a false country to write a letter to Pingjun. After Zhao Haoqi Daoxiang acceded to the throne, Lecheng was sent to take over the military power in Lian Po. Lian Po was furious and expelled Lecheng, but he defected to Wei and became the leader, but he was not reused. Under the military pressure of Qin, he wanted to reuse Lian Po and Lian Po wanted to return to China.

However, the emissary sent by an auspicious person in Zhao Haoqi was bought by Guo Kai, an enemy of Lian Po, and made him think that Lian Po was senile, so he was not called back to China. Lian Po later became a general of Chu, and finally Shouchun died. Lian Po, as the main military general at the end of Zhao Dynasty, fought for decades, defeated Yan State, defended Changping, and made outstanding achievements. There is a saying in later generations that Lian Po, together with Bai Qi, Wang Jian and Li Mu, are called the "Four Masters of the Warring States".
