Speaking human words is from the front lip down to the perineum, which is Ren Mai. Behind, from the perineum up to the top of the head to the upper lip is the Du Meridian.
Ren meridian governs blood and Du meridian governs qi, which is the main meridian of human body. If Ren Du's two veins are connected, then the eight veins are connected; Eight veins connected with hundreds of veins can further enhance physical fitness, strengthen tendons and bones, and promote circulation.
Why is there such a magical effect? Because the human body is like a steam engine device, the intersection of heart fire and kidney water produces qi, and qi is energy. The more gas you have, the more you have the ability to remove garbage and bring nutrients to all parts of your body. The way of Qi-flowing is meridians, and the two meridians of Ren and Du are traffic arteries.
When we were born, Ren Du and Ren Du were connected. The specific performance is that the baby's tongue is against the palate, and when it is time to sleep, the quality of sleep is particularly good.
As people begin to speak, their tongues no longer touch the upper jaw, and there is more and more garbage in their bodies, and the second pulse of Ren Du is slowly blocked.
The specific performance is that the heart fire goes up, does not intersect with the kidney water, burns the brain, and leads to poor sleep. After a long time, the qi and blood are insufficient, and the garbage in the body cannot be transported out, and more and more. Blocking the path (small meridians) first leads to this kind of pain, and finally blocking the road (big meridians) leads to illness, cancer and death (unless you are 100 years old).
Ren-Du pulse is very important in TCM pulse diagnosis and Taoist health guidance.

First find a slightly quiet and independent space, choose a suitable stool (similar to or slightly higher than the knee), sit down, open your feet naturally, put your hands on your thighs naturally, and close your eyes.
Second, the tongue touches the palate (taking the bridge of the magpie), that is, the tongue touches the junction of the smooth and unsmooth palate, the chin is miniature, and the consciousness is placed in the huge gap, that is, between the two ribs and the two points downward. If consciousness runs away and you find it, take it back.
Third, pay attention to breathing (you can count silently), relax, and imagine that you are blown down from a giant (starting a fire).
Slowly, I will feel something in my stomach, including fever and growling. Further down, I will bowel sounds, fart and want to shit.
More and more gas will flow from perineum, from pulse to waist and back (some people will have low back pain and shoulder pain when they rush to the focus), to shoulders (some people will have shoulder pain when they rush to the focus), to Baihui point (dizziness), to forehead (itching, numbness and cold sweat), and then, sweet saliva will be produced. Basically, both the governor and the governor will connect.
When it was first opened, there was still a lot of garbage (Ren Mai) on the road, but there was a gap through which gas could pass. If we persist for a long time, the gap will get bigger and bigger and become very smooth.
Special attention: this method is not recommended for everyone to try privately, because there are many taboos in practice, such as no thunder, no rain, fright, evil wind and so on. ); Practice for a period of time.
