Records of ancient books and cold weapons

General Theory of Jason Wu, edited by Ceng Gongliang and Ding Du in the Northern Song Dynasty, consists of 20 volumes and 40 volumes. In addition to the military ideological organization system, there are detailed illustrations of weapons, combat tools, camps and fortifications. China's ancient weapons were basically mature and complete in the Song Dynasty, and this book has also become an important historical material for studying China's ancient weapons.

Wu Bei Zhi, edited by Mao in Ming Dynasty, is divided into five parts. In addition to the art of war and examples of war, the third and fourth parts focus on the compilation and training of array law and weapons military assets respectively. There are 738 pictures in the book, mainly in these two parts. The last part is meteorological geography related to the military.

Qi Jiguang's "Ji Xiao's New Works in Ming Dynasty" has 18 volumes, of which the last nine volumes respectively record the long soldiers, Ka Wei, short soldiers, shooting methods, boxing classics, various weapons, flags, sentries and sailors, and are accompanied by a large number of illustrations, which describe the related coordinated tactics in detail. In addition, although there is no systematic and perfect explanation of special weapons in his "Training Record", we can also learn the use technology, purpose and law of some weapons.
