Online reservation for admission (only for book returns without reservation), please follow the "Ruian Library" official account, and "Library Reservation" in the menu bar to make online reservations reserve. Scan WeChat to sign in and enter the library. When leaving the library, you must sign out via mobile phone. The number of people in the museum at the same time shall not exceed 400. Once the upper limit of the number of people in the museum at the same time is reached, the "one out, one in" measure will be adopted to limit the flow.
Wearing masks is standardized. After "showing the code + temperature measurement", readers who enter the library will enter and exit the library through door 3 on the second floor. They must wear the mask correctly to enter the library, scan the code and take a temperature test (body temperature) below 37.3 degrees) before entering the museum. Readers who have difficulty using smartphones can take their temperature on-site and register with valid ID cards, senior citizen ID cards, etc. before entering the museum. Children must be accompanied by their parents at all times when entering the museum, and one parent is limited to 2 children.
Notes
(1) Return books at the self-service lending area on the second floor to facilitate centralized disinfection; do not gather during the borrowing and returning process, and keep distance when queuing.
(2) Self-service borrowing and returning are mainly done. If you need front desk service, you need to queue up and keep a distance of more than one meter between each person in the queue.
(3) It is recommended that readers mainly borrow and return documents and not stay in the library for a long time.
(4) Reading in the library is limited to two people per table. Readers must keep a safe distance and do not gather in groups. When there are too many readers in the same place, follow the guidance and arrangements of the staff.
(5) Readers must wear masks at all times in the library. When waiting in line, please obey the staff's instructions.
(6) Disinfectant hand sanitizer is placed at the entrance and at the service desk, and disinfectant hand sanitizer is placed in the bathroom. Readers are asked to wash their hands and disinfect before touching books and equipment.
(7) Readers must obey the management of staff and abide by the rules of the library. Those who do not listen to advice or are unreasonable and disruptive will be persuaded to leave by security personnel. In serious cases, the local police station will be contacted and dealt with according to law.
