There are 655 information points in the whole library, which are connected to 10 megabit optical fiber broadband, providing fast network services for readers. At the same time, a 6TB disk array is set up to provide electronic literature service for readers inside and outside the library. Through the construction of automation and networking, we will provide readers with 24-hour network services to meet the needs of domestic and foreign readers for all-weather online query and retrieval.

With China's reform and opening up, especially since the new library was built, Changchun Library, with the support of the municipal government, has achieved leap-forward development, which has been recognized by the society and praised by readers. 1994 was awarded the "National Civilized Library" by the Ministry of Culture.
