The first method: set the vertical row with the text direction. Take Word 2007 as an example, select the text paragraph that needs to be set vertically, then right-click and select the "Text Direction" command in the pop-up menu, and then select a vertical position in the text direction style of the text direction setting page. A preview of the vertical effect will appear on the right, similar to the effect of ancient books. Click OK to see the vertical arrangement effect. After setting the vertical effect, you can still set the font, rows and columns, and other similar horizontal attributes.
The second method: Use the text box to set the local vertical direction. Setting vertical effect directly on layout text may not be conducive to adjusting the position of vertical text in layout. At this point, you can set the vertical effect with the help of the text box.
