1. Open the corresponding payment platform application or website and enter the transaction record or billing page, which can be found in the options related to wallet or account.
2. On the transaction record or bill page, find and click the option to query the transaction record. Enter or paste the transaction number, and then click the Query or Search button.
3. The system will search and display relevant transaction records according to the provided transaction number. View transaction records, including transaction time, transaction amount, transaction object and other detailed information.
