Historical Records of Ziwu Liuzhu Acupuncture

①The method of matching acupoints on time. The time of the ups and downs of Qi and blood flow in the human body is calculated based on the day and hour stems and branches, and acupuncture treatment is selected based on the five-shu points on each meridian. See "Ziwu Liuzhu Acupuncture Classic". Ziwu represents the change of day and night time; Liuzhu represents the movement of Qi and blood. Qi and blood flow through the meridians and wax and wane over time. When Qi and blood are strong, the acupoints "open"; when Qi and blood decline, the acupoints "close". "Encyclopedia of Acupuncture and Moxibustion" contains "Ziwu Liuzhu's Song of Determining Acupoints on Time Every Day", which has specific records on opening acupoints. The general principle is: on a yang day and during yang hours, select the Wushu acupoint on the yang meridian; on a yin day and yin time, select the five shu acupoints on the yin meridian. When the stems and branches of the day and hour are in single positions, they are yang, and when they are in pairs, they are yin. The Ten Heavenly Stem cooperates with the internal organs and meridians, namely A and Gallbladder, B Hepatitis, C Small Intestine, Ding Xin, Wu Stomach, Ji Spleen, Geng Large Intestine, Xin Fei, Ren Bladder, Gui Kidney, Triple Burner, and Pericardium merge into Ren and Gui. For example, during the period of Jia day and Jiaxu period, the gallbladder meridian Jing point Zuoqiao Yin was opened; at Bingzi period, the small intestine meridian Ying point Qiangu was opened; at the Wuyin period the Shu point Xinggu point of the appetizer meridian was opened, and at the same time the original acupoint Qiuxi of the gallbladder meridian was extracted, which is called returning to the original point; Geng At Chen time, the Yangxi point on the large intestine meridian is opened; at Renwu time, the He point on the bladder meridian is opened at Weizhong; at Jiashen time, the liquid gate at the Ying point on the Sanjiao meridian is opened, which is called Qigang Sanjiao. Another example is to open the liver meridian Jing point Dadun at Yiyou day on the second day; to open the Xingxing point Shaofu on the Kaixin meridian at the time of Ding Hai; to open the spleen meridian Shu point Taibai at the time of Ji Chou, and at the same time to open the liver meridian original point Taichong; at the Xinmao time to open the lung meridian point Ququ. ; When Guisi opens the kidney meridian, it opens the Yin Gu point; when Yiwei, it opens the Xing point on the pericardium meridian to stimulate the uterus, which is called the blood return envelope. If there is no open acupoint (closed or closed) in the yin time of the yang day or the yin day and the yang time, you can choose the open acupoint that is consistent with the sun stem, such as A day and Ji day, B and Geng, Bing and Xin, Ding and Ren, Wu and Gui and others are called husband and wife mutual use. If no acupoints are opened when they match, the Zimu Buxie points of the twelve meridians can be selected, which is called the mutual use of Zimu. This method is mainly based on the heavenly stems of the date, so it is called the Najia (stem) method; the Zimu tonifying and reducing acupoints based on the time and earthly branches is called the Nazi (branch) method.
