This is the oldest medical prescription book in China, with 99 1 1 characters, copied in the back 5/6 of a long scroll about 24 cm high and 450 cm long, with a table of contents at the head and the words "Fan Fifty-two" at the back. Every disease is the title of the article, which is the same as the later medical prescriptions. The diseases contained in this book are mostly surgical diseases, followed by internal diseases, and a small number are gynecological and pediatric diseases. In addition to oral administration, there are moxibustion, ironing, fumigation and other external treatments.
