If you want to start a cultural relics auction company, you must first apply to National Cultural Heritage Administration for a cultural relics auction license, and get approval from the provincial cultural relics administrative department. After the examination and approval, the cultural relics auction license can be started.
You have to provide quite a lot of information to apply for a cultural relics auction license, and I will list them for you.
1. A copy of the approval documents issued by the administrative department of auction industry in the local province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government and the business license issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce when the auction enterprise is established.
2. Verification certificate of registered capital. At least 654.38 million yuan of registered capital is required.
3.5 Obtained the qualification certificate of cultural relics auction professionals with senior professional and technical positions in cultural relics and natural history. At the same time, professionals in cultural relics auction need to be certified by National Cultural Heritage Administration before they can issue qualification certificates.
4. At the same time, submit the audit opinions of the cultural relics administrative departments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
6. National Cultural Heritage Administration will make a decision on approval or disapproval within 30 working days from the date of receiving the application. If it decides to approve, it shall issue a license for auction of cultural relics; If it decides not to approve, it shall notify the parties in writing and explain the reasons. At the same time, the Cultural Relics Auction Permit shall not be leased, lent or transferred.
7. National Cultural Heritage Administration conducts annual examination of cultural relics auction enterprises and professionals, and requires that the annual examination form be submitted to the provincial cultural relics administrative department before March each year.
