Airpods doesn't feel anything when listening to asmr.

Just get used to it. At first, listening to the various triggers of ASMR found that novelty helps sleep.

Later, I became immune to most of them. I gradually feel that ASMR is no longer so helpful to sleep, because it takes a long time to find the right video to watch before going to bed! Find a video and really fall asleep for five minutes an hour. If you can't find something satisfactory, you will never be sleepy.

Now switch to the Himalayas, open the book list casually before going to bed, and don't listen to the story. Basically didn't last 10 minutes.
