What kind of political system did Zhou Li describe?
Liu Xin was originally named Zhou Guan, and was renamed Zhou Li at the end of the Western Han Dynasty. This is a book about the political system. Confucian scholars in the Warring States designed an idealized system as the content of the book based on the official system of Zhou royal family and other countries in the Spring and Autumn Period. Zhou Li is divided into six parts: Tianguan Zhongzai, local official Situ, Chun Guan Zongbo, Xiaguan Sima, Qiu Guan Sikou, and Winter Lawsuit Kongkong. Among them, the winter lawsuit has been lost, and the Han people supplemented it with the pre-Qin ancient book Kao. This book records more than 300 kinds of officials and introduces their duties, many of which are true records of the political system of the Zhou Dynasty, so Zhou Li is still an important ancient book to study the ancient system.
