Step 1: Open the word document and find? Review? Inside? Words? .

Step 2: Click? Words? You will report the total number of words in the full text.

Step 3: You can also choose whether you need to count the number of words such as text boxes and footnotes according to your own needs.

Step 4: In the process of writing, word will automatically count the number of words, and the number of words, page number and other information will be displayed in the lower left corner of the document. But because the font is small, it is not easy to attract attention, and many friends will not notice it.

Step 5: First select the paragraphs to be counted, and then click? Review? 、? Words? You can read the number of words.

Step 6: There is another way to look directly at the lower left corner of the document. When a paragraph is selected, the word count will be automatically updated to the word count of the selected paragraph. The number of words in front is the number of words in the paragraph, and the number of words after the slash is the total number of words in the full text.

Step 1: In the status bar below the word office software, you can see the total number of words in the whole word document.

Step 2: If you want to check the number of words in a paragraph or a part of word, you need to choose a word with a statistical number of words. You can see it in the number of words in the status bar below: selected words/total words.

Step 3: If there is a status bar in word, but there is no word count item, you need to right-click in the blank of the status bar and check the word count item.

Step 4: In word? Review? In the menu bar, there is a word count button. Click the button to see the specific number of words, characters, paragraphs, line numbers and other information of word.
