Looking at the old medical books, I don't understand what (the right medicine) means, and what (one or two) the ancient medical books say.
Ancient books are arranged vertically from right to left, and "right piece" is equivalent to the words "Shang" and "Shang" in modern Chinese. According to the ancient method, a catty is 16 Liang, and a catty is 500 grams. Divided by 16, one or two is 31.25g. This is my personal understanding, and I don't know what ancient experts in China think.
