To sum up, "all-media" can be understood as a new form of communication, which comprehensively uses various forms of expression such as words, graphics, sound, light and electricity to display the content of communication in an all-round and three-dimensional way, and at the same time spreads it through words, audio-visual, network and communication. When all information dissemination generally operates in this way, we say that we have entered the all-media era.
2. Context is the concept of media science, and it can also be understood as language environment, which is divided into high and low levels. American scholar Hall once proposed high-context communication and low-context communication. High-context communication (HC) means that most information is either stored in material context or internalized in individuals, and rarely exists in clearly coded transmission information. Low context (LC) is just the opposite. Many eastern societies are "high context" societies, such as China and Japan. In a rapidly changing society, people often directly face the content of the information itself, which has a good connection with the social background and the speaker's background, which leads to the complexity and variability of the communication content. In low-context culture, language conveys most information, and context and participants only contain little information. They need detailed background information every time they communicate with others, so as to achieve better communication effect.
